Forged from a career in research, Matt specialises in explaining life through clear and elegant design solutions.
As the head of all content creation at Band of Birds, Matt has worked closely with clients to produce high quality, award nominated content for online campaigns, exhibitions and live events.
JENNY BROWN • COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Jenny has a proven track record of delivering high profile creative communications campaigns.
Drawing upon 10 years of experience working across arts and media, Jenny provides strategic communications support to maximise audience reach and engagement, from audience research, PR and brand positioning through to content scheduling, monitoring and evaluation.
BRIAN McALINDEN • ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
With over twelve years experience in the Outdoor Industry, Brian joined Band of Birds following nine successful years at the Climbing Works helping to develop the Climbing Works International Festival into a major global event in the climbing calendar.
Brian is also a member of the Management Committee of the Association of British Climbing Walls (ABC) and a Trustee of the ABC Training Trust (ABCTT).
Brian is our main contact for relationships with our clients and helps support the planning of events and campaigns and draws in the range of communication and creative expertise from Band of Birds to support you on your project.
JAKE THOMPSON • SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
A recent graduate from Sheffield Hallam University, Jake is equally at home running a social media campaign as he is behind the camera creating images that will drive a social media campaign.
Jake works with our clients to help understand their communication needs and plan social media campaigns all the way through to executing the plan and capturing performance and audience analytics to display the impact of our campaigns.
TOM • OFFICE DOG
Our office dog is by far and away the most passionate for the great outdoors. Tom is happiest when out running on the moors or stealing his owners chalk bucket when bouldering.
